Trim is s delightful boat, one I'm proud to list! She has a great layout with a large living area, an aft cabin, central head, heat and surprising storage. Light and fast - this is a boat you will want to snap up quickly. Her current owners have maintained her very well, cruising locally in the PNW. The Lancer 36 was designed by Bill Lee (?Fast-is-Fun?), to be a performance cruiser, a great choice for light air family sailing. The prototype, "Chutzpah", was the "first ultralight", a two time class winner in the and Transpac Races, so you know she has the bones to compete. The luxurious cruising interior features a spacious forward salon, rarely seen, with settees port and starboard. This design opens up the boat, and hides amazing storage. An aft head and owner's stateroom follows on port, with a quarter-berth and nav-station to starboard. The well-equipped galley is central and efficiently designed. This is a good boat!
